Mr. Patrick Gray​

President

Mr. Gray is a Digital and Technical Product Management Consultant with expertise in developing and optimizing technology solutions that enhance business operations and user experiences. A proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, Mr. Gray earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. 

Mr. Prelow

Mr. Prelow graduated from Jackson State University, a distinguished Historically Black College and University (HBCU), with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He later earned a Master of Science in Data Analytics from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). With over a decade of experience in the finance and insurance industry, he has held roles ranging from software developer to Manager of data science and now serves as Senior Manager of Decision Science Analytics at USAA.

Mr. ​Samuel L. Walker

Vice President

Mr. Walker is a retired Marine Officer tjat held numerous leadership roles and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Sam has a well-founded appreciation for wearing the uniform and is parlaying that into serving our community. He now serves as a Process Engineer with USAA. Sam holds a Bachelor’s in Management of Human Resources, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analyst, and Scrum Master.

Dr. Milton Harris

Executive Director 

Dr. Harris is owner broker MB Harris Properties, LLC. He received a BS from University of Illinois, MBA from Webster University and his DBA in Finance from Walden University. He serves as financial secretary Van Courtlandt Foundation and is a member of the Leadership Table My Brother's Keeper San Antonio. He is retired from the United States Air Force and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. 

Mr. Ernest Jones

Treasurer

Mr. Jones is a retired First Sergeant United States Army having served 27 years before retirement he served as the Senior Manager of Pharmacy Personnel. He received a Bachelor of Science from Saint Leo University. He is an avid volunteer and mentor having served six years as an Assistant Scout Master, an academic mentor, and Usher with his local church. 

Mr. Kelley Moore

​Secretary

Mr. Moore an Agent at the New York Life Insurance Company in San Antonio, Texas. He is a United States Air Force veteran and retired Chief Master Sergeant. He enjoys fishing, fitness, and travel and has a burning desire to help others. His philosophy to success is to get out of your own way, and to never get comfortable.

Mr. Tyron Sutton

​Board Member

​Tyron Sutton is an entrepreneur and private investor passionate about empowering communities and creating growth opportunities. As the founder of a resource company, Emmanual and Tyron Enterprise., in Liberia, Africa, he is dedicated to driving sustainable development and building bridges between global markets. With a background in healthcare administration and over 24 years of leadership experience in the US Army, Tyron brings a wealth of knowledge in strategy, operations, and community-building. 

 Mr. Ivory M. Freeman

Mr. Freeman serves as the Vice President of Operations for 100 Black Men of San Antonio, Inc. He is the Chief Executive Officer of a local air conditioning and refrigeration company based in San Antonio. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, Mr. Freeman brings decades of leadership, discipline, and operational expertise to his role. He is also deeply engaged in civic life, serving on several boards and committees throughout Bexar County, where he continues to advance community development and youth empowerment initiatives.

Dr. Samuel Byndom

VP of Development

Dr. Byndom is United States Army veteran and Executive Consultant and Professor at San Antonio College . He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History at Millikin University, Masters of Arts in Teaching at Southern Illinois University, Masters of Arts in Transnational History at University of Missouri, and earned a PhD in Education Policy Organization and Leadership from University of Illinois. He serves on the My Brother's Keeper Post Secondary Committee and in various other community organizations.

John Martin (Collegiate 100 Advisor)

Board Member

John Director Student Conduct/Title IX at St. Philip’s College. John completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio, is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and owner of Bexar Arms Company in San Antonio. 

​Warren Rosebrough

​Board Member

Mr. Rosebrough is a retired United States Air Force First Sergeant having served 26 years. He currently works as a Contract Specialist for the U.S. Air Force. He received his BS in Management from Park University and MBA in Project Management for Grantham University. He also serves as mediator with the Alamo Federal Executive Board and a high school basketball official.

Dr. Tei Brown

Dr. Brown serves is a retired United States Navy veteran, Dr. Brown brings extensive leadership and operational expertise gained through years of distinguished military service. He holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity, reflecting his deep commitment to innovation, technology, and information protection.
Dr. Brown currently serves as a Regional Operations Manager with Event Risk Inc., where he oversees strategic planning, logistics, and security operations across multiple regions. 


 

CHARLES WARD

Board Member


Mr. Ward enjoy delivering needed value to hard working Business Owners and their operations by providing cost effective access to world class products and service. I’m your guy, when it comes to personal consulting and education to aid in protecting the most important part of any business (its Employees & their needs).  I focus on Voluntary Products for employees. Like any business owners, employees are in the business of Risk Management, but directed toward home, established lifestyle & their incomes.
