Executive Director Dr. Harris is owner broker MB Harris Properties, LLC. He received a BS from University of Illinois, MBA from Webster University and his DBA in Finance from Walden University. He serves as chair Van Courtlandt Foundation, board secretary San Antonio Preparatory Public Charter School, and is a member of the Leadership Table My Brother's Keeper San Antonio. He is retired from the United States Air Force and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. |

Treasurer Mr. Jones is a retired First Sergeant United States Army having served 27 years before retirement he served as the Senior Manager of Pharmacy Personnel. He received a Bachelor of Science from Saint Leo University. He is an avid volunteer and mentor having served six years as an Assistant Scout Master, an academic mentor, and Usher with his local church. |

Secretary Mr. Moore an Agent at the New York Life Insurance Company in San Antonio, Texas. He is a United States Air Force veteran and retired Chief Master Sergeant. He enjoys fishing, fitness, and travel and has a burning desire to help others. His philosophy to success is to get out of your own way, and to never get comfortable. |
Mr. Samuel L. Walker
VP of Programs Mr. Walker was raised in Columbus, GA and now resides in Cibolo, TX. Sam has over three years of banking experience as a Senior Process Engineer. He has volunteered and mentored for more than 20 years for several Non-Profits due to his passion for helping youth succeed. Before joining the civilian sector, Sam served in the US Marine Corps for over 22 years as an Enlisted Marine and Officer. As a Marine Officer he held numerous leadership roles and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Sam has a well-founded appreciation for wearing the uniform and is parlaying that into serving our community. Sam holds a Bachelor’s in Management of Human Resources, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analyst, and Scrum Master. He enjoys spending time with his three amazing children, Sam Jr., Solomon, and Lael. |

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History at Millikin University, Masters of Arts in Teaching at Southern Illinois University, Masters of Arts in Transnational History at University of Missouri, and earned a PhD in Education Policy Organization and Leadership from University of Illinois. He also serves as mediator with the Alamo Federal Executive Board and a high school basketball official. |
Mr. Marvin Rolle Board Member Mr. Rolle is the father of three incredible daughters and married to his amazing wife Melissa. He is a native of Nassau, Bahamas. He is a Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo and a 22-year IT professional. Mr. Rolle received a BS from Benedict College, Columbia South Carolina and an MBA from Pfeiffer University at Charlotte, NC. He is a Certified IT Scrum Master and a Certified Software Tester Advance level.
